AUCTION LOCATION:  The Eiberger Building at Eiberger Rd. and 169 Hwy. at the North edge of KING CITY, MO.  Watch for Auction Signs.

 

Land Location:   Take Hwy. Z east from King City Mo. 11 miles to the Junction of Hwys. Z and A.  This intersection is the Southeast corner of the property.  King City is northeast of St. Joseph Mo. on Hwy. 169.  From Kansas City Mo., take I-35 north approximately 75 miles to Pattonsburg Mo., then south on Hwy. 69 to Hwy. Z west approximately 10 miles to the junction of Hwy’s Z and A.
