Having decided to move to Chillicothe, MO, to be closer to their family Allen and Stephanie will sell their farm. This farm has been in Allen's family for many years.

Tract 1 is approximately
115 acres with FSA calling 99.15 acre tillable. There is currently about 55 acres being cropped. The remainder is being used for pasture. This tract is mostly flat with a gentle roll to it.
